- verification of the current roadway situation;
- development of proposals for classification of the road network;
- verification of the road gauges, considering the expected travel demand;
- definition of the geometry of roads, footpaths and cycle paths and indication of retreat and construction lines;
- indication of the location of public transport stops;
- definition of location, size and use of public parking areas;
- estimate of the costs of implementation of the changes proposed in the TP;
- technical advice in the carrying out phase of the TP.
